Grand Prize : Justin Bieber or his representative(s) will meet with the winner and his parent or legal guardian (if winner is a minor) to plan a concert for (not to exceed) 100 people in the backyard of winner’s primary residence.
SECOND PRIZE : A trip for winner and one guest to the taping of a Justin Bieber video (“Video shoot”) and the opportunity for winner (only) to appear on the video. Trip prize consists of: round trip coach airfare to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Video shoot location), two nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from airport (while in Event city) and to/from set, and two passes to attend the taping of video.
THIRD PRIZE : Winners acknowledge that the Release Parties and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that each Third Prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty.
