Three (3) winners will each be awarded (i) a one-hour group dance lesson with Cheryl Burke at a dance studio in Los Angeles, California, on a date selected by Sponsor (the “Lesson”), (ii) round-trip coach air transportation to Los Angeles, California from the U.S. airport with scheduled service nearest the winner’s residence, (iii) hotel accommodations selected by Sponsor and (iv) meals provided by Sponsor, for two people (ARV of prize=$3,000 each) .

50 winners will each be awarded two tickets to one of the Dancing with the Stars Tour events to begin on or about December 17, 2009 and ending February 8, 2010 (ARV=$100 each) or, if a winner lives more than 100 miles from every event, the winner may elect to instead receive a $200 gift card which that winner may use for a night of dinner and dancing.
