There will be ten (10) Prizes awarded, one (1) to each Winner. The Prize will consist of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in cash to be awarded as a check made payable to Winner or in such other form as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
